Minnesota right to choose

By rgadmin on June 11, 2015

Categories: Right to Choose

Minnesota law states that it is an unfair claims practice, and is therefore illegal for an insurance company or its affiliates to be …engaging in any act or practice of intimidation, coercion, threat, incentive, or inducement for or against an insured to use a particular company or location to provide the motor vehicle glass repair or replacement services or products.

Rapid Glass embraces the ideals of our elected officials and the preservation of the “consumers legal right to choose” the auto glass repair company of their choice. If you feel anyone has restricted your freedom of choice, please let us know so we may assist you in contacting the proper authorities. We have included a link to a form you can print and mail to the Minnesota department of commerce consumer complaint division, as well as an online submission for the Independent Glass association complaint form.
